If you own a home studio and are space-starved, chances are you will have issues with storage for your softboxes.

You can always opt to dismantle them and keep them but that would be a hassle.
Here’s what you can do. If you have a curtain, the standard curtain rails and some S-hooks can be used for hanging your softboxes. They are sturdy enough and your softboxes aren’t that heavy. Here’s me hanging up some of my broncolor 35×60 softboxes.

Take note: Do get S-hooks with blunt ends only so you won’t end up scratching your equipment. I might just look into using paracord or lanyards to hang the softboxes in the future. But for now, this will have to do!
